re:large files

 Hi there my name is Andrew Sharman and I work for a research company called 
QinetiQ. We are using linux for backing up directories and files from other 
machines (NT machines) onto a tandburg tape device atached to the linux 
machine. The trouble is that many of the files we are backing up are larger 
than 2Gb and therefore will not backup. Are there any ways to get around this.
