I have IE 4.1 on this computer, and have tried IE 5.0
in school, and I'm confused as to what you mean by
"broken". I cansee PNGs, there appears to be nothing
wrong with them, they dont' cause the browser to
spontanteously combust... and anybody still using IE3
should consider a better browser, like Opera or
Mozilla  (in windows) which isn't as bloated as later
versions of IE.

And if people have images that's fine. We'll have to
ask people to do something simple like write
<image></image> around each image, which won't be too
hard because there shouldn't be too many images in the
work anyway.
