It may as well be than the idea of building an hypertext of a source including
types and variables, is out of the scope of a tag system.  Such a feature will
also require more scope information than we currently have, just in the same
way...

Maybe I'm asking too much of a tagging system :)

However you've implemented lots of interesting stuff in GLOBAL, which would
be a shame to nearly duplicate :(
