Hi Phil,

The instructions are there for version 4.1, but the package is not yet
ready for release. The instructions were just put there so as to archive
the knowledge so it would be ready for use once Bibledit-Gtk 4.1 would
be released. These instructions would apply to the current version in
the git repository though.
