Could I just write a driver for:
void keyterms_import_textfile(const ustring& textfile);

Would that just do the trick?

While we're on the subject, wouldn't it make more sense instead of having a
binary .sql file in the tree, to have a makefile rule to rebuild the
keyterms.sql file from scratch as part of the build process?

If so, I will submit a patch to do this, as it's seemingly related to the
driver for keyterms_import_textfile.
