Details:

When you build a resource of files without anchors:
- Resource Editor dialog box: Add files to resources (all)
- Resource Converter dialog box: Open file for conversion (single)

I do not know if this is done by purpose, that 'importing' files to a
resource has to be done twice:
- add
- open and convert
because it could be the case that files have to be converted differently
As the normal case is that files/books to imported to a single resource have
the same chapter/verse pattern:

-> 2 options:
- convert all files, which have been added in the resource editor dialog box
automatically
- give an choice to convert:
-- one by one (as it is actually the case)
-- all together
