Details:

The Generate Wordlist tool has the option in the wordlists dialog box to
choose: 
- 'the first time it occurs in a chapter' 
As 
- chapters are quite long and
- usually not a whole chapter is read, but more often sections of it:

-> Give the option 
- 'the first time it occurs in a section' (marked by one of the \s markers).
Perhaps this could be given as a choice:
- 'the first time it occurs in a section/chapter'
