"m32" does not refer to an AVR32 but to an ATmega32.

AFAICT, the JTAG ICE mkII handling for the AVR32 has never been
released by Atmel.  Of course, if you're really curious, you could
start reverse engineering the protocol by sniffing it on a system that
can successfully operate it.  If your development environment is not
supported by their official tools, this is IMHO even legal under EU
jurisdiction.  Obviously, you might want to ask first for whether they
are willing to support your environment, and/or releasing the JTAG ICE
mkII instructions for the AVR32 toolchain (i.e. the AVR32 equivalent
of appnote AVR067, or an addition of AVR067 for the AVR32).
