I have a build environment. I haven't built this fork yet. I can perhaps get to
it in a week or two.

I have pointed a few people to it and have gotten nothing but good feedback;
it's actually
corrected a couple of problems people were having with the Cygwin version.
However, this
was for Martin's 0.4 (IIRC) version which did NOT include the timing changes
(mentioned on
his website). This version is also the one that is released in the current
WinAVR. I would prefer
people with better experience with these timing issues to look at it (hello
Alex? :-))
