It is useful to be able to specify the actions taken by AC_FUNC_MEMCMP
explicitly. In this patch, I've added two optional parameters
ACTION-IF-YES/ACTION-IF-NO. The default for the former is to do nothing,
for the latter it is the current behavior of adding a LIBOBJ replacement.
Thus, this patch is backward-compatible. Please consider it for 2.53.
