Hi,

When I use WrapperFactory service (version 0.1.0) : it don't keep icons and other settings. I get this err message while I try to execute the new wrapper saved in ~/GNUstep/Applications/:

address@hidden:~$ openapp firefox
2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] Unknown time zone name `gmt+3'.
2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] Using time zone with absolute offset 0. 2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] Bad application class '(nil)' specified 2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] Initialization of AppIcon suppressed 2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] File NSData.m: 158. In readContentsOfFile

2005-10-26 20:17:54.000 firefox[3780] Warning: No type specified for message Start - defaulting to RunScript 2005-10-26 20:18:50.000 firefox[3780] Main action has no task assigned - exiting

In fact, nothing is in the virtual folder ~/GNUstep/Applications/firefox.app but a single file named firefox. Nothing else.

I also encountered another problem : while executing % sudo make_services, I got a "file-max limit 24644 reached" err message in the console and I needed to kill the process because X and my mice cursor became unstable. I seems "LaTeXService" wich I compile and installed by hand didn't fit well with other GNUstep apps installed within deb package.

After dpkg-reconfigure --all -a and a reboot, my system became stable again and "% sudo make_services" did'nt make it worse. But the LaTeXService don't show in the Services menu from GWorkspace (version : 0.7.0).

What do you think about ?

When I asked for it in IRC freenode #gnustep, other users didn't seem to encounter such a problem.

Bye,
Patrick
