That's what the "reply-to:" is for. If set to "address@hidden", then if I hit reply, it defaults to address@hidden

But the "from:" field should not be replaced, because it is used to discern who sent the email.

Not sure what u said, do you mean you DON'T want to have a playogg as a
defautl on every reply?

I want to be able to hit reply and NOT reply to all when answering email.
