We should just be able to copy the stuff in /com/mailer/mailman/lists
over to the new machine.  Probably also a good idea to copy the 
contents of /com/mailer/mailman/logs too, since this is where Mailman 
keeps things like its records of bounce info.

As for whether to move any more lists to Mailman, I think it might 
make sense to take a step backwards and figure out whether there are 
any aspects of it which we really don't like.  Perhaps converting 
system-hackers to Mailman would help to focus people ? :-)
