I'm still not able to reproduce error in my own setup, but looking for
various causes I came across an interesting thread at [0] that seem to
indicate that the filesystem blocksize can be a factor. I'm using 4k
blocksize on ext3 myself, does anyone having problems happen to use a
smaller blocksize on the FS?
