Hum, pre.php should only load other files.

We should add a i18n.php in include, and this file should be loaded in
pre.

Do we need really to add each lang in this file?
We should find another way to do that, because users should not have
to modify the code and listing 35 language is insane.

It's easier to tell people to use fr_FR , pt_PT directly in their
configuration, isn't it?
