Standard build environment upgraded

Hello!

On Dec. 28th, the standard build environment (aka. ‘stdenv’) of
Nixpkgs/trunk, which is what most projects at
<http://hydra.nixos.org/project/gnu> use, was upgraded.

Among other things, this means upgrades to GCC 4.5.1, Binutils 2.21,
Glibc 2.12.1, Coreutils 8.5, Gettext 0.18.1, GMP 4.3.2, and Make 3.82
(each of these can be overridden on a per-build basis; e.g., some
projects still use Gettext 0.17).

Let us know of any breakage!
