I'm not sure the information here is really applicable, since it's talking
of UID != EUID, and RCS using the real ID (and of course, I'm not using su
at all).  As I stated, I'm setting *both* UID & EUID to a client account.
In fact, once both are changed from the original root account, I don't see
how RCS is even finding "root" to use as the file locker.
