sigh.  These warning are annoying...

Antoine, is there a switch to suppress these?

I fear we can't help you here directly.  This looks like a bug within
libtool.  You may write to address@hidden, reporting the bug and
asking for further assistance.  Alternatively, 

  ./configure --disable-shared

should also help.
