Although there is some overlap, Free CATs is first and foremost a development
project, whereas L4T is (I hope!) an information resource.
There are a few people on both lists, myself included, so major news tends to
be cross-posted.
Merging Free CATs and OmegaT would be more appropriate, but we at the OmegaT
team decided to remain independent.
