Try this instead:
deb ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/dotgnu-pnet/debian ./
deb-src ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/dotgnu-pnet/debian ./

I'll put a note in the directory about it for now, and I may set it up properly
later on :)
