DotGNU holds weekly meetings to discuss any issues
of relevance; to allow the developers to catch up
with each other; and to allow new members to ask
questions and find out how to join in.

The meetings are conducted via IRC in the channel
#dotgnu on irc.openprojects.net at the following
times:

    Saturday 1000 UTC
    Saturday 2200 UTC

The first is best for DotGNU members east of UTC
and the second is best for DotGNU members west
of UTC. Some of the key DotGNU members attend
both meetings.

The logs of #dotgnu are always available here:

http://ajmitch.dhis.org/dotgnu/

Note: the times are UTC, not GMT. If you have a Unix system,
then the command "date; date -u" will give you your current
time in both local and UTC, allowing you do determine when
the next meeting will occur.

--------------------------------------------------

Lately the IRC channel has been the major place for
all the discussions , ideas and stuff like that.
Major traffic has been diverted and we're finally
having some good discussions there. It's well populated
by dotgnu well-wishers and you can always find something
off-topic in discussion .

This week's meeting is supposed to discuss some general
ideas about DotGNU :-) ... Lots of new ideas have come up
like improving the pnetlib-doc to use a tree-view , and
building some cool new apps with Qt# and dotgnu.

Another question I would like to ask aloud is whether the
dotgnu xml parser would parse Jabber ? .. Is it ok with
Jabber ?. I think we've got a commitment to keep Jabber
on DotGNU as free as possible. I'm not talking about
Jabber.net here , just about jabber XML stuff.

I need volunteers to stub out Reflection.Emit . This is
not an easy task , as most of the classes are in and
csdoc2stub can't be used as Reflection.Emit is not in
ECMA's All.xml . The task will involve reading zillions
of specs and writing methods and marking them with [TODO].
Anyone ? (this is an easy chance to jump on !)

Also I may miss the first session of the meeting , but
I'll read the logs !.
