[DotGNU]Qt# generator with pnet

bash$ cd src/generator
bash$ make
bash$ cd ../bindings/
bash$ make

with today's CVS HEAD ... and got a Qt.dll...

Everybody please congratulate Adam Ballai for fixing all the bugs in the
XmlTextReader which was blocking Qt# compilation on pnet ...

Now , I haven't tested it beyond hello.exe (sorry been busy for sometime).
Could someone check if this works elsewhere as well ?.
