I've taken a stab as well as Simon on the XmlTextReader and a few other 
documents surrounding the class.  I just submitted a patch, which you can

We need Load()'s finished in XmlDocument as well as reading attributes on 
XmlTextReader 

The Read() is a mess, but I'm not going to reorganize it till after release 
cuz I don't want to release any non-tested code right now.  

The reader does fine with small things, but we need a real test case cuz 
MSDN's don't cut it.

Yes, theres bugs... let me know whats going on and with a test case =)
