Try running peverify on all the generated .dlls and tell me ....

When you get back to this , please upload your set of .dlls somewhere
convenient so that we can take a look at the innards (hopefully we'll escape
reading hex ...) 

Without the actual codefragment in bytecode, the stack trace is practically
useless ...
