Ok ... The official voting in of a project requires a lot of procedures
first of which is the submission of an official proposal as suggested
in http://dotgnu.org/proposals directory ....

The rest of the things take a lot of time ... and will prolly come 
together in mid-January for full approval...

I'd like to see a client API developing for the phpGW suite in C# ...
The effort is waiting for the System.Xml namespace to reach usable
levels for XmlRpc support ...

That sort of close integration if possible is ideal for us to adopt
the system when we finally move into production quality ...

FD is practically a dead zone now ... I don't know anything much going 
on there ... Joining it does not have any special advantages AFAIK ...
(I'm speaking as a non member who signed the declaration....)
