Nice. I suppose you follow GNUnet project. Can you make the link between
the two projects? After looking very quickly at the description of the
project (a secure P2P network) I'm not sure they have the same security

Yes, I looked since several years this project. It will not meet completely the need for safety specific which Demexp requests but concerning the communication part and anonymity of this communication it seems to me that there is not better.

This anonymity is really a dilemma. The delegation requires to know the position of certain voter.

Another questions, Is it possible and desirable to be able to delegate his vote to a group of people rather to someone ?  That would make it possible to keep the anonymous vote for each one but the result of the groups will be public.

As far as we are concerned, we probably won't look at security issues
until the beginning of year 2005 (at the earliest).
