Not much. We do rename the face this late into the pretest, though.And if not many modes use it, then it could not be worth it. OTOH, modes sometimes need additional faces, to use for their unique syntactic elements. So more faces could be a good idea, just from that perspective.
So if nobody has objections, I'll install the patch later today.
