I don't have a preference for the two options above, but I prefer a third solution which should require no consensus: each contributor decides for themselves what they want for the copyright notice for their work, like how we write "translator's credit" now. It could be individual name, shared (CTT team), or none.
Since the FSF license team decides that the translation is a copyrightable derivative work, I plan to assign my copyright to FSF instead, so my name wouldn't appear on the copyright notice at all.
