@rockdaboot I've pushed new commits addressing all the warnings. I've also 
pushed a change to check HPKP after the handshake, just like we do with online 
OCSP, instead of using OpenSSL callbacks. Finally, I'm also now passing 
`vflags` as per-connection data. This fixes all the memory leaks reported by 
valgrind (#614).
