New Issue was created.

Issue 407: https://gitlab.com/gnuwget/wget2/issues/407
Author:    thaij

   I git clone the wget2, when running ./bootstrap program, it exited
unexpected and reported some info as below:
 ./bootstrap: gnulib/gnulib-tool.py  --import --no-changelog --aux-dir
build-aux --doc-base doc --lib libgnu --m4-base m4/ --source-base lib/
--tests-base tests --local-dir gl --makefile-name=gnulib.mk --libtool --import
 Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "gnulib/gnulib-tool.py", line 35, in <module>
     from pygnulib import constants
   File "/home/thaij/wget2/gnulib/pygnulib/constants.py", line 37, in <module>
     if sys.version_info.major == 2:
 AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'major'
 ./bootstrap: gnulib-tool failed

   It seems to be my python version problem. My python version is 2.6.6 on
centos 6.8, which may be a little olded. Could anyone give a workaround to
solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
