I'm sorry for the crazy delay!

I just tried this and with the problematic configuration, including [1], when I try to engage tramp via C-x C-f /ssh:<host>:~ I do not see a tramp debug buffer. Performing the same sequence without that configuration I see tramp engage and create the debug buffer. I tries both verbose settings. It appear like tramp is not being engaged at all. I'm not sure what to try TBH.

Set tramp-verbose to 6 (or to 10, if it isn't sufficient
iformation). Run your test. There will be a Tramp debug buffer, please
show it to us, plus the recipe how you have provoked the error.

Note that I don't use neither eat nor lsp-bridge, co I cannot promis to
be of much help.
