I think we have discussed this already. The report is on the error buffer, not 
on how to resolve the prompt issue. The error message says:

   An error tramp-signal-hook-function: Timeout reached, see buffer ‘*tramp/ssh 
server1*’ for details

But the buffer *tramp/ssh server1* does not exist. I guess not everyone would 
come over here and ask where to seek for a situation-specific solution?
