[Tof-general] Toftool: major revision of the GUI

I just committed major revision of the Toftool script.

The functionality remains almost the same, but the user interface has been 
changed
completely, including
    - a strict separation between a 'view' and 'admin mode' and    
    - a Tof-style layout and color setting. 

The README file, which has been rewritten almost completely now contains
more detailed information about the installation and use of the program.

Possible extensions for the next versions are
    - display of picture-info (rollid, keywords, topics, etc.) in view mode 
    - single picture indexing
    - comments editing 
etc.
