[Tiger-devel] Documentation review

Hello all,

It's been a long time since I last posted here.

The attached patch contains various corrections for:
  - spelling errors (note that English is not my natural language)
  - inconsistency between message ID, levels, and documentation files
  - formatting changes in the man pages

I don't know how to submit it. The whole patch is probably not the best
form for a review.

If you rather like smaller patches (with spelling errors only, one for
each message ID inconsistency, etc.), want me to submit the patch on the
savannah tracker or want me to commit atomic patches, just ask.
