One more patch. This one skips the check for password aging on accounts
that are disabled (with either a * or a ! leading off the passwd field).

Currently accounts that are disabled with either "*" or "!" in the
password
field are checked for password aging and show up as failures. This
patch
adds logic to not check for aging on disabled accounts.
