Well, all the message levels (save CONFIG which I have just committed to
CVS) are explained in the tigexp(8) manpage. Hopefully that explains what
they are meant to report, if not, please say so. I would like documentation
to be consistent but I'm not sure if it covers really all the questions
that might arise.
