* Lack of "local" builtin. We can work around this, like in texi2dvi.
* Lack of "-t" flag to read builtin. Need to test for this somehow.
Any suggestions?
* "trap cleanup SIGINT" doesn't work. I think it should be "trap
cleanup 2" instead, or maybe "trap cleanup 0".
