It is done, but it is rather cumbursome to use for plaintext, as the
default for output is already set to '-' for this format. Right now
a command line that work would be along:
texi2any.pl --plaintext --split=section -o dir/ -c OUTFILE=undef manual.texi
which is rather ugly. Any idea?
