Ok, I think I'll add the program name to document_warning/document_error
once I have changed the code such that an empty PROGRAM is accepted, and
make sure that all warning/error messages that are not associated to
source files go through that subroutine. I assume that all languages accept
a leading 'makeinfo: ', considering it like a token and not real
language.
Looks like we're gonna need at least one more pretest...
