Hello,
@ref on sectioning lines (well, the equivalent of) is quite common in perl
documentation. For instance, it is used in files describing changes in
other packages, like
@chapter changes between version 2 and 3
@section Changes in @ref{SubModule}
...
I came to thinking that @ref in @node should not be accepted, but also
that @ref should be accepted on sectioning command lines. Is there a
reason why we don't accept it? My preliminary testing of such construct
in TeX shows no specific issue.
