Running
makeinfo --pdf cppline.tex
creates cppline.dvi (not cppline.pdf).
Whereas running texi2dvi --pdf cppline.tex does make .pdf.
Running makeinfo --debug=-1 --pdf cppline.tex outputs
texi2dvi|--debug|--pdf|cppline.tex
which seems like the right thing. So I guess that is not actually what
is getting called?
