Subject: GNU Taler error message (possibly incompatible with Tor?)

Hi

I’m following the Taler demo: https://demo.taler.net/en/ 

I use the Tor browser.

When I reach the point where I try to send the KUDOS to my Taler wallet, I get the following error message:

‘Could not open the wallet database. Firefox is known to run into this problem under “permanent private mode”.’

“Permanent private mode” suggests to me that Tor may be the problem. Is Taler simply not compatible with Tor yet? Or is this a bug I can fix somehow?
