I am using an Ubuntu distro. When I try to update/upgrade packages, I get a
warning "connection refused 192.168.2.254:3128"
I am not using squid.
192.168.2.254 is my dns ip
The network settings in synaptic has been changed to "direct connection to
internet".
Can I know why this is happening ? And ways to make the connection not to
search for proxy IP ?
