[Swarm-Modelling] what's wrong with my java swarm in eclipse?

Examples in java tutorial can be run and its results is right. But I get the following warn:

(Tcl -eval:) couldn't read file "d:swarm-2.2-java/lib/tcl8.4//word.tcl": no such file or directory
    while executing
"source d:\swarm-2.2-java/lib/tcl8.4//word.tcl"
while evaluating: source d:\swarm- 2.2-java/lib/tcl8.4//word.tcl

 

What's wrong and what should I do?
