The ftp site has actually moved from an ftp server to an http server
(but keeping the same "ftp.swarm.org), i.e.:

ftp://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/

to: 

http://ftp.swarm.org/pub/swarm/ 

But it looks like the site doesn't appear to allow access (getting a
403 error), I'll find out what's going.
