Yes.

It's a more traditional forward-chaining discrete event simulation system.  The
focus is less on prototyping and exploratory work (like Swarm) and more on
engineering work, where you've pretty much got your model honed in your
head and you just need the computer to do the work for you.  Swarm is much
more of a petri dish platform where you want to play with alternative 
structures,
where you might radically change the model from one experiment to the next.
