In Oklahoma, here's how they'd say it "Seems like you can't swing a dead
cat without hitting someone who has written a new agent-based modeling
tool."
"Ps-i is an environment for running agent-based simulations. It is
cross-platform, with binaries available for Win32."

Not much docs on it yet, but the screenshots look interesting. Kinda
like starlogo without the star or the logo (bada bing!). Agents appear
to be restricted to move in a 2D grid.
