may I suggest then that everybody reconsiders their decisions. I can't
really imagine how *all* groups only have "essential" slot requests.

That may be a good idea, and would increase the odds of getting as much
slots as we want (yes, even the desired).

Most of the projects are asking for 1/1, so this doesnt apply to them:

Name: poke
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 1

Name: emacs
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 1

Name: xaos
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 1

Name: texmacs
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 1

Name: gnuastro
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 1

Taler just changed their request:

Name: taler
EssentialSlots: 1
DesiredSlots: 2

And that leaves us with:

Name: lilypond
EssentialSlots: 2
DesiredSlots: 2

Name: social
EssentialSlots: 4
DesiredSlots: 4

Name: guix
EssentialSlots: 2
DesiredSlots: 2
