We have one pretty okay candidate, but I'd be willing to also pass along
our slots to other GNU projects if need be. There are some really great
submissions this year in a lot of other programs, and less great ones in
MediaGoblin than usual.
Given our policy to grant at least one slot to each participating GNU
package I would suggest to change that to:
