Moving to GitHub issues and closing its.freebsoft.org

Dear all,

as you already know, the Speech Dispatcher project has recently been moved to 
GitHub, a modern platform for Open Source / Free Software development.

Since GitHub is now used for issue tracking, we no longer have a need for 
its.freebsoft.org <http://its.freebsoft.org/> . Since Samuel has already either 
resolved the most relevant remaining issues or moved them to new GitHub issues, 
for which we are thankful to him, I want to let you know that we will be 
closing the website its.freebsoft.org <http://its.freebsoft.org/> shortly.

For your convenience, here is the link where bugs in Speech Dispatcher can be 
reported, features requested or suggestions made:
